Do you already have a custom logo, what type of garment or promotional will serve as your best advertising? If I want my own logo, you can just scan in my logo, right? top We'll make it appear this easy to you. It needs to go though a process called Digitizing (converted to the embroidery specific software) The first part of the procedure is simple, just mail a business card or copy of your company letterhead, you can also e-mail us using bitmap or Jpeg formats. We can also take the logo off your own website, just supply us with a link to your website and we can take it from there. Just remember that the clarity of the image that you supply us with is directly related to the clarity of the embroidery on the final product. We will let you know of any charge that you may incur before we start, you are under no obligation. How much does it cost? top The price for any embroidery work is dependent on the garment, the complexity of the work, and the number of items. How long does it take to have an order completed? top We can give a completion date upon receipt of your order (and willing to work with specific deadlines). Certain times of the year can take a little longer (specifically the holiday season). Our lead times do not include shipping. I am a procrastinator and I need them ASAP can you do it? top Absolutely, however this service does cost more and as always, we reserve the right to decline an order based on a time frame we are unable to meet. Interthread always ships rush orders via UPS next-day or FedEx overnight. This charge will be added to your cost. We cannot accept responsibility for any shipping company delays as their operation is out of our control. We can usually produce your order as fast as you need it. What if I don't see the garment I need on this website? top We show an overview of the most popular items we carry, however due to the enormous amount of suppliers we cannot show everything available. If you are looking for something specific or want a larger selection feel free to e-mail us or give us a call and we'd be happy to send a more extensive catalog. I really would like to see something in my hand before I commit, any chance of a sample? top Once your logo/design has been digitized we will sew out a sample for your approval. Digitizing cost must be paid up front. If there is something in the design that does not reflect your artwork the changes will be made. We are a non-profit organization and/or working on a tight budget how inexpensive can this be? top Whether you are non-profit or someone given a strict budget and need to get a lot done for as little as possible, we will work with you on ways to reach your goal. Whether it be recommending a specific garment or working with the sizing of your design. What if I don't like it? top We will do our best to accommodate you in providing a sample before an order is completed. Due to the nature of our business all sales are final.
